For Sale by Owner Package

Thank you for choosing Hassett Title Company to insure your transaction.

Once all appropriate documents have been filled out by both parties, please e-mail your documents to orders@hassetttitle.com, or drop them off to our office.

Once we receive the documents, we will proceed with our title work. When title work is completed, we will send it to the e-mail provided, or we will contact you to have you pick it up if e-mail is not an option.

If you are working with a Lender, please be sure to send a copy of the purchase agreement to them. Please give your Lender our information so they can send us their instructions so we can update your file. Once this happens, we will wait for the clear to close from the Lender, at that time please call us to set a closing date and time.

If no Lender is involved, once the title work is completed and you receive a copy with your closing instructions, please contact us to set a closing date and time.
